Safety LED kit for underground mines
With RTLS integration for location-aware LED indications and alerting scenarios

The system is based on emController (LED controller) and x-Glo strips developed by MineGlow and integrated with Leantegra RTLS hardware and software.
- MineGlow emController is natively integrated with several Leantegra device models via Wi-Fi, Ethernet and RS-485 interfaces.
- The main goal of this system is about enabling LED indications at the right place and the right time for safety purposes. For example:
- “Follow mode” for LED strips along the way of underground vehicles.
- Proximity alerts using LED strips inside tunnels when a vehicle is approaching.
- Highlighting lone workers inside tunnels using LED strips.
- Both UWB and BLE RTLS data is supported depending on the accuracy requirements.
- Leategra Safe Mining Portal supports configuration and mapping of MineGlow emController devices.
